Booking notes & Cancellation policy:
- 30% deposit by Bank Transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) at the time of booking is essential.
- Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival
- Cancellation before arrival 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks no refund.
- Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.
- Prices include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax (0.5 Euro per villa, per night) which is payable upon arrival at the hotel, two times per day maid service, linen and towels change every three days.
- For any extra person over maximum occupancy of villa there is an extra charge.
